The Role
We're looking for freelance recruiters based in India and Philippines to join Ceed's external recruitment network. You'll help us fill open roles across our internal companies — Oxford Legal Group, Ceed, Keey, Count, Agent Consulting, Floodmaker and Witness Experts — including admin, marketing, sales, video editors, real estate agents, and ai roles.
What You'll Do
- Recruit for active roles including admin, real estate, video editing, marketing, and more
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates with CV + short intro
- Use Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal tools
- Track your submissions via Google Sheets or our ATS
- Report weekly progress and communicate openly with our team
- Focus on budget-fit candidates and long-term hires
Compensation Model
Low-paying roles ($200–$50/month):
- 35–$5 bonus per hire
- Optional 10 bonus after 4 weeks on the job
Higher-paying roles (above 500/month):
- 8%–12% of the candidate's first-month salary (e.g., $5 0/month = 50–$6 commission)
- 10 extra bonus if candidate accepts salary at or below budget
- No ongoing or recurring commission
