Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Forklift Driver located in Lipa. MATERIAL HANDLER - FORKLIFT OPERATOR

Job Summary:

• This position is responsible for the receiving, storage, monitoring, retrieving and on-time dispensing of raw materials, including but not limited to child parts and pass-through parts, for supply to production upon request of authorized personnel.
• The position holder ensures that the materials are kept in safe and secure locations and protected from harm and the elements.
• They are required to be authorized to operate and drive forklifts in the performance of their jobs.

Major Function

Ensure proper handling of products in compliance with SSOP/GOP and food safety. Ensure to assist the operations in Checking product quality and quantity based in the documents.

Do cleaning in the (AOR) Area of Responsibility maybe assigned by the operations supervisor from time to time when it is needed by the operation.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Load or unload goods while it is being received or when it is being dispatched in compliance with SSOP, GOP and food safety.

2. Verifies quantity, condition, and type of goods received against the delivery receipt.

3. Ensures that FIFO/FEFO method is observed. Unless advised by client/s.

4. Uses tally sheet in receiving and dispatching the products. Sees to it that products are weigh and conducts physical count before bringing them for storage or for releasing such to customers.

5. Responsible for counting, layering, blasting, storing, sacking of goods and other services offered by the cold storage.

6. Examines product boxes and compare with invoices or orders to verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.

7. Documents all products received and withdrawn using appropriate forms.

8. Regularly check the condition of products inside the storage.

9. Communicates with the head checker to assist in rectifying problems such as damages, shortages, and product returns.

10. Move products to storage areas using equipment (ex. Jack Pallet)

11. Clean up equipment, storage areas to ensure compliance with SSOP, GOP and food safety regulations.

12. Observe CLAYGO Policy

13. Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Position Title: Puller

Schedule : Shift ( 3am to 12pm / 6pm to 3am)

Statement of Duties

AM Duties (3AM-12PM)

· Receive and fine sort import documents per pre-assigned sort.

· Retrieve and fine sort non-documents to their designated lane and Location ID per shuttle trucks.

· Check and identify cargo condition, completeness, and service commitment (IE), ensuring all shipments have a complete set of documents prior to loading (SAD, Debit Memo, OR/AR if applicable).

· Apply necessary scans to all shipments and import documents (e.g., Cons, Stat37/Damage Scan, comment Scan such as Safekeeping, Short Landed, or Missing Documents).

· Prepare gate pass and ensure the timely dispatch of shuttle trucks.

· Send Shuttle Forms and Cons Tag details to the designated GC.

· Coordinate closely with AM Station Agents/Ops Support Agent for loading/unloading plans when utilizing shuttles from Gateway.

· Monitor alerts from Station Agents on Partial Delivery Requests, Time-Temperature Sensitive Shipments, Hot Shipments, and Solo Van requirements.

· Perform other tasks as directed by immediate superiors.

PM Duties (6PM-3AM)

· Monitor incoming shuttles and alerts from PM Station Agents requiring immediate attention.

· Unload shipments and ensure no shipments are left behind in the trucks.

· Ensure all export documents (AEDS, 8110) are handed over to FedEx personnel.

· Fine sort all DG and Export hold shipments.

· Report any irregularities during shuttle activity (e.g., damaged shipments, missing labels, mislabeling).

· Apply necessary scans to all shipments and documents.

· Perform other tasks as directed by immediate superiors.
