Duties and Responsibilities

• Generates & implements equipment maintenance work instructions & SOPs standardizing activities.
• Maintaining control over maintenance tools, spare parts & equipment.
• Implementation of improvement activities to support operation efficiency and sustainability.
• Monitors time-based verification, calibration & maintenance schedule.
• Carrying out administrative tasks within the department.
• Maintains records of all implemented documents, service reports, certificates, etc.
• Liaise & collaborate with other departments to address manufacturing and facility issues.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

• Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering course
• PRC licensed Engineer
• With at least 3 years experience in manufacturing maintenance setup

Skills:

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Able to read & analyze electrical & mechanical drawings.
• Able to generate maintenance related procedures & work instructions.
• Knowledgeable in AutoCad is a plus
• Strong organizational communication skills

• Candidate must be graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• With at least 2 years of experience in Maintaining Operation, Process and Utilities equipment
• With experience in Contracts management for maintenance providers or knowledge in Maintenance Management
• Must have basic understanding of Maintenance Management and ISO 9001 standards, GMP, RCA and FMEA
• Willing to start ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and scheduled maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions, identifying root causes.
• Repair or replace defective components to restore equipment functionality.
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and reduce downtime.
• Interpret electrical schematics, machine manuals, and technical documentation.
• Support installation and setup of new equipment, including cable and component connections.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment condition.
• Document issues encountered and actions taken for resolution.
• Adhere to all safety policies and regulations in the workplace.

Requirements:

• Graduate of at least a 2-year Technology course.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Plating, Stamping, or Molding operations.
• Strong knowledge in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with PLC, CCD - vision systems, basic electronics/electrical, mechatronics, automation, and robotics.
• Proficient in maintenance documentation (PM check sheets, work instructions).
• Computer literate; knowledgeable in MS Office, email, and related communication tools.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Requirement:

• BS Graduate of any Engineering Course or Technical Course / Graduate of Non-Technical Course but with equivalent Managerial Position.
• At Least 1 year of Experienced in a Managerial Position.
• At Least 5 years of Experienced in a Manufacturing Company handling Maintenance Group.
• Experience in the operation and maintenance of chemical machines (horizontal and plating machines) and SMT lines / machines.
• Knowledge on the DMAIC approach.
• Knowledgeable in ISO Certification and Other Certification Body.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate with Industrial Technology courses with a major in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, and Electromechanical.
• With 2 years of technology courses and at least 2 years of experience in a semiconductor/electronics company.
• With experience in online sustaining or machine troubleshooting (wire bond, die attach, mold, or test). is advantage

• Must be willing to work in either the Muntinlupa or Laguna plants.

About The Job

• Ensure equipment is in good condition through technical support on machine maintenance
• Design toolings, fixtures, and jigs needed by the production
• Lay out project plan with technicians (conceptualization, needed parts & schedule of activities)
• Create a system for the stocking of parts, monitoring of withdrawals & acquisition for the replenishment of parts
• Review requested parts, assist in sourcing of parts, and follow up delivery schedule
• Support production for equipment re-layout & machine conversions
• Ensure on-time calibration of equipment
• Generate work instructions, set-up checklist & control charts as required
• Conduct training & seek out maintenance activities for each technician
• Performs maintenance of machines and equipment to be able to produce high-quality products

About You

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably a licensed Engineer.
• 5+ years of work experience in an electronics / automotive manufacturing company
• Knowledge of automation is an advantage
• Good English oral and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office / Minitab
• Preferably with an AutoCAD background
• With experience in PLC

Primary Function:

Troubleshoots line equipment, performs line equipment calibrations and repairs, performs routine maintenance on a variety of line production equipment and makes the necessary adjustments to restore equipment to proper operating standards, makes verbal or written reports to supervisor regarding conditions or problems encountered.
