Job Summary
The Production Supervisor oversees day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met in terms of safety, quality, efficiency, and output. This role leads and motivates the production team, enforces company policies, and drives continuous improvement in the production process.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to achieve output and quality goals
- Monitor manpower, materials, and machine utilization to ensure smooth operations
- Implement and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety standards, and company policies
- Train, coach, and evaluate production staff to build skills and ensure compliance with procedures
- Prepare and submit production reports, including efficiency, downtime, and manpower performance
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements for higher productivity
- Coordinate with other departments (Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse, HR) to support production requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Business Management, or related field (preferred)
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or food production setting
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of GMP, safety regulations, and production processes
- Results-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

· Work Experience: With a minimum of at least 1-year experience in a supervisory role in the manufacturing food industry.
· Job Skills:
o With knowledge of Production Planning and Scheduling.
o With a background in HACCP and Internal Audit.
o Capable of training team members.
