Key Responsibilities

Membership Sales

Retention & Upselling

  • Monitor member activity and follow up with low-engagement clients

  • Upsell additional services like recovery, spa, dive, or court use
  • Build rapport and maintain strong member relationships over time

Sales Admin & Reporting

  • Track KPIs daily (leads, appointments, joiners, renewals, conversions)
  • Keep CRM and member records up to date
  • Provide weekly reports and insights to the Sales Supervisor or Club Manager

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1–2 years experience in gym sales, account management, or client services
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
