FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
br>Work Address: MOA, Pasay
Work Set-up: Fully onsite for the first 2-3 months for training, then transitioning to a hybrid of 3 days onsite per week afterward
Work Schedule: Day Shift

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform month-end close finance operations, including checking financial transactions and payments in the ledger, as well as conducting account reconciliations. < r>• Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow reports. < r>• Manage general ledger (GL) accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies. < r>• Identify and implement process improvements and automation in month-end close activities. < r>• Identify control gaps in financial processes and implement key internal controls where necessary. < r>• Ensure all accounting processes and controls are well-documented and comply with regulatory requirements. < r>• Oversee compliance and tax reporting, including VAT, corporate tax returns, and regulatory filings. < r>• Liaise with the Technology team to log and resolve accounting system issues (e.g., •Oracle Cloud, FIS - AWS & Adaptiv, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero).
• Support cash performance and forecasting, credit assessments, and financial modeling. < r>• Participate in ad-hoc projects in support of the department or company’s initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
