What is the job?
The Financial Support Specialist is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, including managing vendor payments, processing cash receipts, preparing payroll inputs, and reconciling financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
• Enter and reconcile daily receipts (Stripe, EFT, cards, checks); maintain deposit logs and vendor records
• Own weekly AP (invoice entry, payments, check runs); track company cards and resolve missing support
• Support biweekly payroll prep; validate pay changes, coordinate batches; keep audit-ready comp records
• Post journal entries in QuickBooks; support month-end close, reconciliations, and system tie-outs (MindBody, TheraOffice)
• Maintain dashboards (AP aging, cash flow, vendor spend); prepare spend summaries, budgets, and meeting reports
• Organize digital records (SharePoint/Google Drive); monitor finance inboxes; flag issues; update SOPs/train; drive process improvements
Qualifications:
• Minimum of five (5) years in accounting and auditing, including AR/AP and intercompany reconciliation.
• Applies prior experience in remote, U.S.-based accounting
• Uses QuickBooks Desktop & Online proficiently
• Builds advanced Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, validation)
• Operates Outlook, SharePoint, and cloud document tools
• Owns work with strong detail, time management, and accountability

Job Summary
The Financial Analyst II (FP&A) is responsible the Workday Adaptive database administration that is the primary tool used for the preparation and coordination of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial reporting. Provides senior management, GMs and officers and executives with the analysis, KPI's, and information they need to make major operational, financial, and strategic decisions. Additionally, the role will provide variance analysis, responds directly to management inquiries, and make process improvement recommendations. The position will work on various financial planning and analysis tasks of greater complexity and occasionally directed in aspects or work.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Primary Workday Adaptive Database Administrator which includes system configuration, maintenance, data loads, integrations, and user security.
- Responsible for annual budget, quarterly forecasting and multi-year planning processes for North American and International Operations.
- Help drive the budget and forecast process by partnering with key business functions to understand the activities driving financial performance and coordinate related inputs.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, management reporting packages, and variance analyses when comparing actual results against budget, forecast, and prior years.
- Responsible for budget communications, developing and projecting centralized assumptions, report development and user training.
- Perform monthly uploads and validation of actual data to the Adaptive Insights platform to facilitate accurate reporting, providing a complete global view of the company.
- Support monthly financial reporting by providing analysis of operational, performance and financial metrics, KPIs and trends in comparison with expectations and past performance
Required Qualifications
Education, Licensing, Certification, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
- 3+ year experience of relevant financial experience in a financial analysis role.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting and analysis.
- Prior experience being an administrator of forecasting/budgeting system a plus.
- Experience with HFM, Essbase, Workday Adaptive Insights.
- Experience with ERP/SAP system implementation a plus.
