  • Support audits, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any finance related course.
  • At least 1 - 2 years relevant experience in assurance, accounting and/or analysis work.
  • Understanding of accounting and business concepts.
  • Some understanding of audit concepts and regulatory requirements will be advantageous.
  • Good understanding of financial statements.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

What This Position Is About - Purpose
The Customer Finance Support Staff is responsible to provide support to Customer Finance Team in accomplishing various projects on document management of Distributor Partners and Key Accounts Channels, which include, but not limited to, Collection Receipt Preparation Issuance and Monitoring; Creditable Withholding Tax Certificate compliance review, coordination for necessary correction, filing and archiving.

What Will You Do - Responsibilities

  • Prepares collection receipts for Distributor Partner and Key Accounts payments and arranges mailing to customers' addresses.
  • Reviews Creditable withholding tax certificates received from Distributor Partner and Key Account Customer. Identifies non-compliance and prepares summary results of the review performed. Coordinates resolution and files documents. Monitors completion and provides status update periodically.
  • Performs other tasks and projects as they arise for the purpose of providing support to Customer Finance.
