Responsible for managing the end-to-end post-production process — from video editing and color grading to audio mixing and final output delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Post-Production Oversight
- Manage the entire post-production pipeline for video projects including commercials, explainers, social media videos, branded content, and internal videos.
- Supervise editing, motion graphics, sound design, color grading, and final delivery.
- Review edits and provide clear, constructive feedback to ensure creative and technical quality.
Team Leadership & Coordination

Quality Control

Workflow & Asset Management
- Streamline post-production workflows and improve efficiency across tools and team members.

Client Collaboration
- Work closely with account managers or directly with clients for revisions, feedback, and approvals.
- Interpret client briefs and translate them into executable post-production plans.

Technology & Innovation
- Stay updated with industry trends, editing techniques, and emerging tools.
- Recommend and implement new software/plugins/workflows to improve output and productivity.
- Ensure all systems and tools (editing suites, render farms, etc.) are functioning optimally.
Required Skills & Experience:
Technical Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in post-production.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition), DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, color spaces, and delivery specifications for web, social media, and broadcast.
- Familiarity with sound mixing, motion graphics, and VFX workflows.
Soft Skills:
