Ensure Field Janitorial concern raised by client are met within the time bound and ensure effective resolutions with the operation of the FOA/OSS/TL.
Recommend employee to receive a recognition of recommendation for an outstanding performance.
Facilitate concern for field employee with poor performance or with committed violations and recommend disciplinary actions to CSI HR based on CSI Code of Discipline together with supporting documents: NTE/Incident Report and the likes. Ensure that appropriate actions are initiated within the time bound.
