Key Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Oversee logistics, maintenance, and site operations of multiple farm locations.

· Plan, organize, and supervise all activities related to okra and pipino production, from land preparation to post-harvest handling, including seed production.

· Develop and implement planting and harvesting schedules based on climate, soil, and crop cycle requirements.

· Ensure proper and timely application of fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides.

· Monitor and maintain farm equipment, ensuring safe and efficient use.

· Supervise, train, and manage farm workers to ensure productivity and compliance with farm practices.

· Arrange and coordinate outside workers (spot-based or outsourced) as needed.

· Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain farm efficiency, upkeep, and productivity standards.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related field.

· Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant farm management experience.

· Strong planning, leadership, and coordination skills.

· Willing to be assigned and reside on-site in La Paz.

· Must be able to drive a motorcycle or car for transportation.

· Flexible and willing to work extended or irregular hours as needed.

• Strong knowledge in electrical troubleshooting for single and three phase set-up
• Handles repair & maintenance activities of the team on ventilating system, deep well operation and ROTEM operations
• Knowledgeable on poultry equipment repair & installation is preferred
• Monitors the status of the automatic generators, synchronized breakers, ATS system during power outages in the farm
