Job Qualifications:
- Male/Female
- College Diploma/Certificate of any course
- At least 2 years experience as Production Line Leader
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Line Leader in organizing and coordinating production line activities to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in monitoring production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
- Provide guidance and direction to production line workers to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Line Leader to implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production line operations.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment, tools, and work areas to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
Assist in training new production line workers on job duties, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Help resolve any production-related issues or conflicts that may arise during the shift.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities (Hourly Reports, Checklists, Training Records)
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among production line staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
- Carry out any additional tasks given by superiors.
