Job Description

Position Summary:
The Production Manager oversees the entire production process to ensure products are manufactured on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role leads production planning, monitors staff performance, and drives continuous improvement in operations. br>
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and control production schedules
Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
Manage manpower, machine efficiency, and raw materials
Supervise and train production staff and line supervisors
Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and Inventory teams
Monitor output and adjust schedules as needed
Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies
Analyze production data and recommend process improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field < r>At least 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or production leadership
Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge in lean manufacturing or process optimization is a plus
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
Willing to work onsite and on flexible schedules
