- Responsible for the maintenance of plant buildings and facilities, and landscaping and in ensuring orderliness and cleanliness of the plant premises;
- Ensure plant facilities, buildings, and roads are maintained;
- Ensure availability of resources (manpower and materials) to meet the facilities maintenance requirements of the plant;
- Takes charge in the landscaping projects for plant beautification;
- Responsible for the training of newly-hired facilities maintenance personnel;
- Identifies buildings and facilities that require repair and maintenance and prepare corresponding Job Order;
- Ensures strict observance of work hours, attendance, punctuality and 100% compliance to 5's, cGMP, Safety, and Housekeeping Guidelines;
- Takes charge in segregation of Waste Materials;
