Job Description
The Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within an organization. Business Analysts are involved in analyzing and understanding business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and facilitating communication between different stakeholders. Their primary objective is to ensure that business requirements are clearly defined and that the solutions developed align with the overall goals of the organization.The BA is the primary liaison between product experience stakeholders, who understands business needs structure, processes, policies and operations. Duties And Responsibilities
- Elicit, translate, validate, communicate, negotiate and manage requirements

- Identify, define, communicate, and negotiate for solutions (technical, business process/procedural, etc.) that will maximize the value delivered by an organization or business unit to its stakeholders
- Act as communication conduit between the stakeholders and the project/program team

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or related roles.
- Experience working in software development projects with a focus on user-centric design.
- Familiarity with industries such as technology, e-commerce, or finance is advantageous.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and methodologies.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification is desirable.

- Support the development and maintenance of ECL models under IFRS 9 / PFRS 9 (PD, LGD, EAD) across multiple portfolios (credit cards, personal loans etc.) under the guidance of senior staff.
