Conducts interviews of applicants and designates operations people to conduct preliminary interview of applicants as part of the screening procedure to ensure getting the right people for the right jobs.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Post open positions in all existing Job portals and search engines
- Participate in any Sourcing initiative internal / external to increase pipeline and generate leads of prospects and applicants
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the Recruitment process (Hiring Database, ERP Database, Personality Assessment, Source Track)
- Ensure compliance in executing processes within the company especially with uploading personality assessment of each applicants
- Must diligently deliver and meet all KPIs: Hiring Fill Rate, Cost Per Hire, Start Rate, Conversion Rate and Recruitment Yield
- Responsible for doing callouts to potential hires to check compliance with pre-employment requirements and medical
- Responsible for assisting with the administration of sourcing programs and tracking effectiveness of initiatives
- Responsible for developing an in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioral competencies needed for success in each role
- Responsible for providing administrative support and helping facilitate the recruitment process
