About the role
As an Account Executive with Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation / Multiplast Corporation, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships within the Ilocos region. This full-time position will involve managing a portfolio of key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts within the Ilocos region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively networking and prospecting to expand the customer base
- Provide consultative sales solutions to clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements
- Negotiate and secure sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain detailed records and provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and account management best practices
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an account management or business development role, preferably within the sales or packaging industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Familiarity with the Calabarzon market and an understanding of the local business landscape
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
