We are looking for an Account Executive that would help us build up our business activities by discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively and efficiently exhaust leads and close deals with target merchants through various sales methods such as but not limited to: cold calling, door-to-door, networking, social media.
- Position the platform as an opportunity for businesses to acquire new customer bases and establish and/or strengthen merchant’s online presence.
- Engage in required daily and weekly activity metrics to exceed quota.
- Conduct market research that will boost sales and proactively suggest "out of the box" sales strategies/models to help the team.
Evaluate customer needs and influence them of benefits and value the partnership Research accounts and diligently comply with sales/follow-up process.
- Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the Team Lead to strengthen the team's development and results.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Graduate of Marketing and/or any Management related courses
- At least 1 year of selling experience
- Must have the following competencies: Negotiation Skills, Good Communication skills, must have both Hunter and Farmer selling attitude
- Can be from real estate accounts selling, technology selling
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills as this is a client-facing role.
- Proven sales experience and great track record of overachieving quota.
- Knowledgeable about different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Disciplined, self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and performance driven
- Preferably can start immediately-
**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ortigas Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
