The Data Integration Group Manager is responsible for enabling the end-to-end execution and/or adoption of the Data Transformation plan in compliance with Citi's Data Governance Policy. Focuses on work efforts to demonstrate risk reduction and facilitate adherence to the Citi Data Governance Policy. This position has an impact on the business by exercising control over resources, policy formulation and planning. The job has primary accountability for the end results and setting policies.

**Responsibilities:**

**Qualifications:**

Design and implement effective database/data flow solutions and models to store and retrieve company data
- Assess database implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations

- Create SQL scripts to provide accurate raw data for each business owners
- Mines Clinical and Non-Clinical data for the purpose of performance monitoring, descriptive and predictive analysis to support management’s decision making
- Creates data models. Looks deeply into the data and remove irrelevant information to come up with an accurate data sets
- Collects, Store, Process, and Analyze huge sets of data
- Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and other languages
- Establish documentation of Key Data Points and mapping configuration
- Creates algorithms that can solve technical data issues that can help automate work
- Configure Business Intelligence tools to provide necessary dashboards for each business owners
- Data Modelling design to build dashboards based on identified KPIs of business owners

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Graduate of Information Technology or any IT-related Course
- Knowledgeable in: MsSQL, MySQL and Oracle SQL
