The ESG Reporting Manager will design and lead our ESG reporting framework from the ground up. This role will shape how we track, communicate, and improve our environmental, social, and governance performance, ensuring our reporting meets global standards while reflecting our organizational identity

Reporting to the CFO, you'll be the company's lead for ESG reporting, working across finance, operations, engineering, and community engagement. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design and own the ESG reporting framework, aligned with ISO 14001 and global standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, IFC Performance Standards)
  • Prepare quarterly and annual ESG metrics reporting to meet the requirements of international lenders and investors, including delivery against agreed ESG action plans
  • Deliver accurate, timely ESG reports for internal, regulatory, and investor audiences
  • Partner with teams across the business to source, verify, and consolidate ESG data
  • Influence operations to integrate ESG into day-to-day processes and decision-making
  • Develop ESG-related policies, procedures, and data collection tools

Qualifications

  • 7+ years' experience in ESG reporting, sustainability, or environmental & social performance, ideally in telecom, infrastructure, or adjacent industries
  • Familiarity with GRI, SASB, TCFD, IFC Performance Standards and other ESG frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with ISO 14001 audits and compliance
  • Track record of engaging stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills—able to translate ESG data for technical, executive, and external audiences
  • Strong cross-cultural collaboration skills – able to work effectively with diverse teams, and adapt communication styles across cultural contexts

Purpose: To ensure the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of general ledger balances and financial reports, and to support audit readiness and compliance with standards and policies.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review journal entries, accruals, and APVs for accuracy and completeness.

  • Lead GL reconciliations and closing activities.

  • Coordinate with FP&A and other teams for adjustments and variance analysis.

  • Prepare financial statements and support schedules.

  • Ensure audit support documentation is timely and complete.

  • Monitor CAPEX transactions and asset depreciation.

  • Recommend improvements in systems, processes, and reporting workflows.

QULAIFICATIONS:
