The ESG Reporting Manager will design and lead our ESG reporting framework from the ground up. This role will shape how we track, communicate, and improve our environmental, social, and governance performance, ensuring our reporting meets global standards while reflecting our organizational identity

Reporting to the CFO, you'll be the company's lead for ESG reporting, working across finance, operations, engineering, and community engagement. You'll design systems, ensure compliance, and tell our ESG story with accuracy, transparency, and impact. • • Design and own the ESG reporting framework, aligned with ISO 14001 and global standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, IFC Performance Standards)
• Prepare quarterly and annual ESG metrics reporting to meet the requirements of international lenders and investors, including delivery against agreed ESG action plans.

The Financial Reporting and Controls Associate
is responsible for supporting the preparation of financial reports, assisting in the implementation and monitoring of internal controls, and contributing to process improvements within the finance function. Overview

The Financial Reporting & Analysis Specialist is responsible for analyzing, auditing, and reporting on company financials with a focus on revenue and margin analysis, forecasting, and KPI-driven performance metrics. This role requires advanced Excel and reporting skills, experience with GAAP and PO processes, and the ability to leverage SAP, Oracle, or other financial systems to support decision-making. Responsibilities

• Run and develop reports from financial systems, with a focus on visual and analytical reporting.
