Project Background and Objectives
This project will adopt a
"big bang" implementation approach
, where the full suite of ERP applications will be rolled out simultaneously across all locations. Given the scale, complexity, and geographical spread of the implementation, AF considers this to be
one of its most critical initiatives
this year.
To ensure the success of the project and to safeguard the interests of AF, there is a requirement to engage a
Project Manager (PM)
who will act as a
proponent of AF
, operating as a strategic bridge between the
Infor implementation team (technical)
and
AF stakeholders (business)
.
Project Scope – PM Role
The outsourced PM will not be responsible for the technical delivery (which is handled by the Infor team) but will instead focus on
project oversight, business alignment, and delivery assurance
. The PM will act on behalf of AF and ensure the implementation meets business objectives and expectations.
Key responsibilities and scope include:
a. Stakeholder Alignment & Communication
- Act as the central point of contact between AF leadership, country-level teams, and Infor implementers
- Ensure consistent communication across all stakeholder groups
b. Requirements Gathering & Validation
- Support AF in translating business requirements into clear deliverables
- Ensure alignment between local country needs and global ERP configuration
c. Project Planning & Monitoring
- Drive project timelines, track milestones, manage dependencies, and flag risks
- Coordinate with Infor to ensure delivery is on track and issues are resolved
d. Quality Assurance & Testing Oversight
- Monitor test planning, execution, and issue resolution
- Ensure that business scenarios are properly validated before go-live
e. Change Management & Training Support
- Support AF's change management initiatives, particularly in preparing country teams
- Coordinate end-user training and adoption efforts
f. Go-Live Readiness & Cutover Coordination
- Facilitate go-live readiness assessments
- Coordinate cutover activities across the different countries
g. Post-Implementation Support & Handover
- Manage stabilization phase and issue triaging post go-live
- Ensure proper knowledge transfer and documentation for ongoing support
h. Governance & Documentation
- Maintain accurate project documentation
- Drive governance meetings and reporting cadence

Project Manager Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience in

Performs Project Management role for Enterprise Systems such as HRIS by ensuring the successful solution delivery based on the approved timeline, budget and quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- . A graduate of BS in Information Systems, BS in Industrial Engineering, or any related courses.
- 3 to 5 years' hands on experience in implementing enterprise systems such as Human Resource Information System, Enterprise Resource Planning, Enterprise Asset Management, etc.
- Successful implementation of Waterfall and Agile Project Management methodology.
- Good to have Project Management Professional Certificate, Change Management but not required.
