_We are looking for a_ **_Business Systems Analyst_** _to join our_ **_Reference Data Management_** _squad, supporting our growing suite of reference data tools. The Business System Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, focusing on improving operational efficiency and implementing effective systems. This role is hybrid and Manila - based._

**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Analyze systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
+ Act as first triage for business or operations daily issues. Ensure proper handovers are conducted at the close of day as the squad follows a 24-hour clock model.
+ Work with squad lead and other team members to implement new features and user stories needed in Reference Data Management applications. Focus on Security Master File, Market, Entity, Portfolio, Pricing, and Ratings related data and/or file enhancements.
+ Create or update documentation in support of our applications. Documents may include detailed specifications, implementation guides, and logging and monitoring documentation.
+ Participate in Audit and Compliance records gathering and reviews with Audit and Compliance teams.
+ Coordinate release management tickets and approvals for enhancements or bug fixes.
+ At times, participate in testing efforts related to our applications.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
+ Must have 3+ experience in System or Business Analyst Role
+ Familiarity with file transfer, SFTP, ideally CA Workflow Automation tool.
+ Investments data experience preferred.
+ Business System Analyst skills to create requirements that engineers can implement.
+ Hands-on experience with issue triage and resolution for business critical applications; experience in incident / change management is a plus
+ Able to work in an Agile environment indicating progress and reporting in JIRA.
+ **_Amenable to work at UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City)_**

The Senior Staff Service - Market Systems Software (MMS) Technical Manager is the critical link between technical execution and customer satisfaction, ensuring that the deployment of GEV's MMS software aligns with GEV's contractual commitments to its customers. This role ensures efficient execution and supports timely value delivery across major customer implementations and life cycles.
Leveraging your deep technical expertise and product knowledge, you will play a key role in estimating and leading the implementation of GEV's MMS software, ensuring that customer needs are met with precision, accuracy and reliability.
In this capacity, you will work closely with the Project Manager (PM) and engage in a high degree of customer interaction and consultancy with product and project teams across Asia and globally.
This position is primarily customer-focused and requires a combination of inter-personal, technical, and product skills. Candidates must be agile and capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities, adapting to diverse challenges as they arise.

This role is a combination of leadership, technical expertise, and collaborative skills to drive successful implementation to foster positive customer relationships. The key responsibilities for this position are (but not limited to):
+ Technical Implementation Leadership: The role involves leading the development and execution of technical plans to achieve customer outcomes, specifically for named accounts. This requires a strategic approach to implementation activities, leveraging product and technical expertise to ensure successful deployment.
+ Effective Communication and Coordination: Coordinating implementation activities and maintaining effective communication with both internal teams and external clients is crucial. This helps in aligning efforts across various functions and ensuring clarity in project execution.
+ Customer Engagement: Managing customer interactions to establish credibility and trust is essential. This includes providing clear guidance, maintaining open communication, and connecting customers to appropriate resources, positioning oneself as a reliable business advisor.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Successful delivery of implementations requires collaboration across different functions to meet schedule, cost, and quality commitments. Engaging with sales for presales and tender product engineering works highlights the need for cross-functional teamwork.

+ Agile and DevOps Practices: An agile mindset and understanding of DevOps concepts are important for working with Scrum Teams and applying automated processes to daily deliverables, ensuring efficient and reliable software deployment.
+ Project Technical Management and Risk Mitigation: Communicating effectively with project stakeholders on technical items like status, risks, and scope is vital. In collaboration with the Solution Design team, validating project scope and managing change requests or risks with mitigation plans are key responsibilities.
**What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)**
+ Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering Discipline from an accredited university or college
+ Proven experience in a senior technical consultancy role within the electrical utility industry especially with Operational Technologies such as any of MMS, EMS, DMS, OMS solutions.
+ Experience with energy & ancillary services markets such as Day Ahead (DA) & Real time (RT) is a plus. High level understanding of market systems solution from an OT standpoint is desirable.
+ Minimum of 15 years related work experience managing complex projects, integration of 3-4 systems, leading engineering teams implementing a suite of products and engaging directly with customers.

**Position Title: Senior Systems Administrator/Engineer - Endpoint Management**

**Responsibilities**
+ Point of contact and coordinator for endpoint management related tasks coordinating closely with other Global Endpoint Management contacts located in different sites.
+ Analyze and evaluate existing Ivanti, Intune, GPO, JAMF, etc, configuration and strategy.
+ Determine and implement best practices for the configuration, administration, and support of existing endpoint tools
+ Provide installation, configuration and extensive troubleshooting of endpoint tools.
+ Diagnose endpoint tools issues and perform root cause analyses.
+ Provide assistance in Windows desktop OS deployment and automated build processes.
+ Design and implement software packaging and patching strategies for windows desktops.
+ Design and implement business application/packages into the endpoint management tool.
+ Produce project plans and root cause analysis documents; report progress to management.
+ Develop partnerships and collaborate with all IT Teams.
+ Identify and recommend updates, patches and upgrades for deployment across AE.
+ Manage software distribution including Microsoft Security upgrades and standard desktop software on global basis.
+ Manage OS patching and support for a small, but growing group of Linux users.
+ Manage OS patching and support for a small group of Apple Macintosh users.
+ Prioritize and coordinate security patch and software testing schedules and distributions.
+ Regularly create, submit and present Endpoint Management reports and dashboards for updating and appropriate action of concerned team.
+ Administer the Endpoint Management Tool keeping the system running and healthy and available for use.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
+ Minimum 5 years' experience in Endpoint Management Administration, Packaging, and supporting 5000+ users. environments.
+ Working experience with Active Directory Group Policy (GPO), Ivanti EPM or equivalent, Intune, JAMF or equivalent to administrate user endpoint and client software configurations.
+ In-depth working knowledge of the Windows environment with at least 3 years of Windows administration experience and a strong understanding of network concepts
+ Good written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with non-technical audience and senior management.
+ Strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation, team interaction/effectiveness, and decision-making skills
