The Solar Tech Solutions Director will play a pivotal role in leading the technical aspects of solar product development, deployment, and support. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance in the design, development, and implementation of solar energy systems and products.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional customer service.

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of technicians, and support staff to ensure a high level of technical proficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

  • Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in the solar energy industry with a focus on solar product development, design, and deployment.

  • Strong technical expertise in solar PV system design, photovoltaic technologies, inverters, energy storage, and related components.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex solar projects from conception to completion, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

We are seeking a well-experienced
*Assistant Director of Engineering *
who will assist the Director of Engineering to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Engineering Department of the hotel.

In this role, you are responsible in ensuring the efficient and economic operation of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating Departments. These include supplying services as required to the entire operation, maintaining the hotel building, public areas and event spaces, hotel guest rooms & suites, essential services and life safety systems, managing staff & contractors, along with specialized projects.

  • Degree in Engineering. Professional Electrical/Mechanical Engineering certification desired.
  • Progressive Engineering career in a five-star luxury property, 2 years of which would have been spent as Assistant Director of Engineering. Local experience is desirable.
  • With demonstrated skills in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and building management.
  • Proficient in occupational health and safety standards.
  • Committed to deliver a high level of customer service, with strong leadership skills to coach and manage a highly localized team.
  • Passion for working with people.

We're looking for a
Director, Software Engineering
to help us grow the engineering team in the Philippines (OGA) and further establish our culture. Our engineers work in cross functional environment, alongside design, Product Owners and PMs, delivering high-quality solutions. Our ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and a proven record of managing high-performing engineering teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides subject matter expertise in areas of software delivery, project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation and other areas of expertise based on established product, program, and project management techniques
  • Responsible for supporting complete department owning multiple technical assets & multiple global/geographically distributed teams;
  • Design, implement, and monitor all operations and key performance metrics/operational efficiency for the engineering team;
  • Manages and ensures projects are completed on time and in scope
  • Adapts program plans and priorities to address business, technical and operational challenges
  • Sets team direction, resolves problems and provides guidance to members of the team
  • May oversee work activities to other team members, to ensure quality deliverables that meet program needs and requirements
  • Provides innovative solutions to technical challenges
  • Manages a team of high performing technical team, recruiting and developing them in their career
  • Clearly communicates operational issues with business and impact. Leads RCA and established 360 loop of improvement.
  • Recommend new ideas to improve efficiency
  • Strikes a balance between throughput and stability
  • Lead and scale AI-driven software engineering initiatives, driving innovation across machine learning, data platforms, and intelligent systems.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI solutions, ensuring technical excellence, strategic alignment, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in technical software engineering
  • 6+ years of experience of managing (manager or director title) technical engineering teams
  • 3+ years of experience in executive stakeholder management and presentations
  • 5+ years experienced delivering technical products to an active user base in a live production environment
  • 5+ years' experience collaborating with product leadership to ensure project milestones are met
  • 3+ years of experience in AI technology

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in working within large organizations
  • Experience managing a geographically dispersed team
  • Deep knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • Demonstrated leadership techniques of managing high-performing development teams
  • Proven solid moral compass and commitment to core values of inclusion, empowerment, and trust
  • Proven sense of empathy for others, both end users and collaborators
