JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a Civil Engineer
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in structural design of residential housing, mid-rise building and land development - earthworks, road concreting, storm drainage, waterline distribution system, bridge + concrete box culvert, slope protection + perimeter fence.
- A dedicated team player with strong interpersonal communications skills both oral and written.
- Have knowledge in new technologies for housing. Continuously looking for innovations and improvements to manage workloads and accomplish deliverables.
