DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

PRIMARY

• Knowledgeable in all facets of Human Resources such as end to end processes of Recruitment and Onboarding, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Organizational Communication, Handling Disciplinary Actions and Interpretation of policies and procedural flows for company policies and disciplinary measures.

SECONDARY

• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other visitors.
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
• Other task that may be assigned from the President of the Company.
