- Handle staff on-boarding and out-boarding activities
- Assist in managing a team of professional contract staff to ensure smooth operation
- To assist in business development and client acquisition activities
- To work with regional functional teams to jointly support staffing activities
- Post-Covid, some occasional regional business traveling may be required from time to time

**Job Requirements**
- Degree / Diploma in any field of study from recognized institutions
- Atleast 1 year of experience in recruitment
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Possess a pleasant and can-do personality
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to interact with people at all levels

Job Description
Reporting directly to the Business Unit Head, the Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for performing all aspects of recruitment for multiple positions, from sourcing, interviewing to job offer (end to end recruitment).
Key Responsibilities:
- Attains monthly production target.
- Responsible in the sourcing of qualified applicants through special search, referrals, resume evaluation and Applicant Tracking System.
- Conducts comprehensive and in-depth interview to evaluate applicant’s qualifications for client’s requirements.
- Performs talent bank/ad recruitment or special search accounts assigned.
- Prepares weekly and monthly production reports for the information of management.
- Assists in the collection of all billings issued accounts being handled.
- Calibrates with clients during production calls.
- Suggests systems, methods and techniques to streamlining of production workflows.
- Maintains and updates the Applicant Tracking System.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:
- A bachelors degree, completion of college or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
