- Takes an active role in managing the client's expectation based on the signed contracts, by leading the timely delivery of all work streams related to his/her assigned accounts or projects

- Leads the post-project evaluation to assess the project's impact and results against the pre-determined goals and objectives
- Prepares and submits to client the post-project or campaign reports including final materials for credentials and documentation, accomplishment report, photo or video documentation report, and final artwork compilation

EVENT MANAGEMENT
- Spearheads event management and execution

- Monitors project trackers and leads alignment meetings with the internal team
