Position Summary

As an Employee Specialist you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless onboarding and retention of Caregivers. You will collaborate closely with the Staffing Coordinator and utilize recruiting platforms to source, screen, and hire qualified Caregivers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the onboarding process for all new caregivers, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
