Time Commitment

What You Will Do
- Write high-converting, on-brand email and SMS copy for a single beauty tech client
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop and execute campaigns
- Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging
- Apply feedback to refine and optimize copy
- Research the client’s products, audience, and positioning to inform messaging
- Track and organize product info, creative briefs, and copy notes from the client
- Ensure every deliverable is clear, accurate, and aligned with campaign goals and brand voice
What We are Looking For
- 5+ years of professional copywriting experience (email/digital marketing preferred )
- Experience with beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a strong plus
- Excellent grammar and a natural, conversational writing style
- Organized and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and rounds of feedback
- Able to commit to a minimum of 25 hours/month

As an Marketing Operations Specialist or Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the execution of marketing activities across different B2B marketing platforms and processes to support marketing teams in delivering business goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Set up email campaigns, monitor and schedule email sends, compile and create insightful email reporting.
- Build and launch multiple segments of email campaigns (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU, nurture)
- Create and manage email campaign calendars.
- Plan and execute A/B tests, manage testing calendar, record results, and advise on improvements.
- Build the workflow and structure for automated email campaign drips with the use of Marketing Automation Platforms.
- Execute marketing activities ranging from website publishing and maintenance, updating customer databases, updating website and landing pages, and management of content repositories.
- Perform operational execution across a variety of marketing tools, systems, and processes such as website CMS, Marketing Automation, CRM databases, and Analytics & Reporting tools.
- Work with team leads and cross function team to improve email campaign performances and marketing operations related workflows and processes
- Supporting other workflow processes related to requests for data, information, and insights.
- Daily processing of ad hoc operational requests based on specific workflows.
What do you need to succeed?
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience or education in fields of Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering or related.
- Prior experience with a CRM, CMS, Martech software (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, Sitecore, Wordpress, Outreach, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-function team and to liaise with international clients.
- Detailed-oriented, methodical and prefers a structured way of getting things done.
- Strong problem-solving attitude with meticulous attention to detail and able to consistently meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated interest in continued skills development, especially around digital marketing, data analytics, and technology tools.
- Strong interest in researching and learning new skills and digital systems.
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable working in Excel.
