Own resident onboarding and communication throughout the entire lifecycle with Esusu
Implement and scale onboarding, activation, and retention campaigns to drive key company KPIs
Partner with cross-functional partners ( Engineering, Product, Marketing operations, Account Managers, etc) to develop processes, and systems to scale delivery of comms to renters.
Track and analyze high-impact campaigns which inform and improve the overall awareness of Esusu's resident portfolio of products.
Partner with Account Managers to strategically manage and deliver renter comms to key accounts.
Develop and scale the onboarding process to better service our customers and address segment-specific needs.
Develop reporting framework to track and showcase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
