What you'll be doing
- Design and develop new audio and electronic products from concept to production
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
- Test and validate product designs to ensure they meet quality and performance standards
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to product performance

What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
- Licensed Professional Electronics Engineer (PRC licence required) or eligibility to obtain within 6 months
- 5+ years of experience in product design and development, preferably in the audio or electronics industry
- Must have: 3+ years in audio equipment design OR Nice to have: Experience in consumer electronics industry
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits, analog and digital design, and embedded systems
- Experience with C/C++ programming and microcontrollers (ARM, PIC, or Arduino platforms)
- Proficiency in CAD software, simulation tools, and prototyping techniques
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, KiCad, or similar PCB design software; SPICE simulation tools (LTspice, Multisim)
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information effectively
- Hands-on experience with testing and validation procedures
- Must be legally authorised to work in the Philippines

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads and applies chemicals like Aluminum Chlorohydrate, Sodium Hypochlorite, Liquid chlorine, Citric acid, Caustic soda, Potassium Permangate etc.
Performs the duties of a WSO Officer and / or assists the WSO Officer as needed.
Operates and monitors the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system.
Monitors hourly treatment chemical consumption to ensure chemical feed rates correspond to the recommended dosage and flow of raw water less the leaks and losses for accurate treatment and efficient results of water quality.
Inspects, receives and records treatment chemical deliveries together with the Warehouse Representative during the shift and update stock balance.
Records and reports major defects for immediate repair.
Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of workstation, dosing equipment and appurtenances including tools used such as pliers, wrenches, vise grip, chlorine special tool, breathing apparatus, etc. for workers and visitor safely.
Reports and follow-up on some improvements like overseeing the accuracy of accepting chemical deliveries, improving chemical handling and application techniques and equipment and facilities performance monitoring.
Ensures that all UF-RO membranes are cleaned regularly in order to maintain the recommended differential pressure.
Performs regular backwashing of BAF in order to maintain the recommended BAF bottom pressure.
Determines the number of aerated BAF cells in order to maintain recommended level of ammonia reduction.
Calculates the recommended chemical dosing to maintain the required level of operational controls and maintains the level of production as recommended by Supply and Pressure Management.
Prepares the monthly management report to be submitted to WP head - South.
Implements Integrated Management System's programs, activities, procedures and policies
