Design, implement, and program FDAS, CCTV, access control, and other low-voltage systems

Supervise installation works and ensure compliance with NFPA & Philippine Fire Code

Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting

* Managing the planning and designing stages of mechanical works of a construction projects.

* Must prepare work schedules, plans, specifications, details, specified and cost estimated of ventilating, air conditioning and fire protection system.

* Must identify problems in design, plan, manage and deliver multiple projects.

* Has to plan, organize, review, and evaluate the work of consultants, contractors, and others.

* Ensuring that the mechanical works is completed on time and within budget.

* Documenting processes and keeping detailed construction logs.

What we're looking for

1. Knowledgeable in all domain in Telecommunication such as Transport, OSP & Wireline is an advantage
2. Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electronic circuit design.
• Experience in embedded systems or PCB design is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of electronic components including:
• Microcontrollers, operational amplifiers, comparators, regulators, transistors, FETs.
• Ability to read, analyze, and understand circuit diagrams.

Design & During Installation

• Responsible for all aspects concerning the design of electrical parts of the project e.g. ASM control system, ASM electrical system, electrical protection (overcurrent, short circuit, earth fault), CCTV (optimised against ASM), other electrical works such as HV/LV transformers, switchgear, substations, MCC, VFD, cabling, lighting, grounding
• Support the tendering process including estimate budget, evaluate vendor quotations and specifications.
• Support the PM team managing the ASM installation and commissioning; challenging the vendor on the proposed solution
• Responsible for the detailed drawings, quality assurance, calculation, method of installation of the ASM system.
• Review and evaluate engineering documents like electrical, load list, cable list, electrical single line diagram, MCC-IO-room set-up, electrical network diagram, etc.
• Learn the whole field control logic and electrical distribution system from the vendors

After Installation

• Establish and refine preventive maintenance programs, employee training programs, manpower scheduling techniques, parts room inventory, efficiency improvement programs, regulatory compliance programs, etc.
• Oversee maintenance procedures, schedules, work orders, procurement of machine spare parts and tools
• Recommend solutions to increase operating efficiency, performance, safety, and reliability.
• Ensure proper maintenance activities are carried out periodically and systematically by technician team

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
• Must be licensed Electrical Engineer
• Preferred to have 2-3 years of experience in automated warehouse / manufacturing facility; or at least electrical engineering experienc

Designing, implementing, and maintaining fire safety systems, conducting fire risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with codes and regulations to protect life and property from fire hazards. Key responsibilities include creating plans for sprinkler and alarm systems, providing technical support to stakeholders, and staying current with fire safety technologies and standards.
