Assembly Technician is responsible for constructing small parts and components to create new products according to client specifications. In addition, they perform diagnostic tests on assembled items and conduct adjustments when needed to make sure the final product functions efficiently.

Join our team — a trusted leader in pumps, motors, controls, and tanks across the Philippines. We are looking for a Skilled and Detail-Oriented Assembly Technician – Electrician to ensure high-quality assembly and testing of our Constant Pressure System (CPS) Controllers.

Responsible for assembling CPS Controllers by correctly interpreting sequence and schematic diagrams, performing accurate wiring and mounting, testing units, and inspecting finished assemblies for non-conformances. Ensures all work is completed within standard time and meets company quality standards.

· Assemble CPS Controllers according to diagrams and specifications

· Perform electrical wiring, component mounting, labeling, and unit testing

· Inspect finished assemblies visually and identify non-conformances

· Complete Work Orders on time and maintain quality standards

· Read and interpret schematic diagrams accurately

· Support other technical tasks assigned by the immediate superior

· Education: Senior High School Graduate or Vocational Course in Automotive/Electrical Engineering Technology with NC II (required) or equivalent experience

· Experience: Minimum of 1 year in technical or assembly work, preferably in machinery/equipment manufacturing

· Knowledgeable in electrical wirings and schematic diagram reading

· Strong analytical and technical skills

· Detail-oriented and quality-focused

· Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards

· Deliver work accurately and on time

· Maintain professionalism, good grooming, and proper hygiene at all times

PART 1: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·    Receives Work Order, Final/Approved Drawing and Product Traveller form.

·    Reviews Work Order and Approved Drawing.

·    Prepares and withdraws materials from the warehouse.

·    Receives requested materials from warehouse.

·    Starts the Structural Assembly based on the approved drawing.

·    Starts the mounting of components based on the approved drawing.

·    Conducts visual inspection of on-going products.

·    Conducts housekeeping every start and end of the shift to all production areas.

·    Performs duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

PART 2: EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

·    A graduate of technical or related vocational course, or equivalent experience.

·    At least 1 years' experience in the Manufacturing industry.

·    Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·    Possesses analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.

Level of Work

• Perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly
• Has the initiative in work and a good team worker
• Assembles and/or installs various electrical and/or mechanical components where operation and sequence are specified by blueprints, wire lists, diagrams or previously established shop practices.
• Utilizes small hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and hammers.
• Work with Manufacturing team to ensure product on time delivery by ensuring attainment of daily and monthly production target.
• Work with Quality Team to ensure products are manufactured in accordance with company systems and procedures, meeting customer / international
• Ensure compliance to process specifications and parameters as outlined in SOP and ensure accurate traceability by maintaining accurate data and records. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel.
• Work with continuous improvement teams to support CI culture and lean manufacturing tools and techniques.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Adheres to and participates in all EH&S practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.

QUALIFICATION:

• Senior high school fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• 1 - 3 years related experience and/or training is an advantage
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing tools techniques (CI, Kaizen, 5S, etc.).
