Job Purpose
Responsible for assembling CPS Controllers by correctly interpreting sequence and schematic diagrams, performing accurate wiring and mounting, testing units, and inspecting finished assemblies for non-conformances. Ensures all work is completed within standard time and meets company quality standards.
What You'll Do
· Assemble CPS Controllers according to diagrams and specifications
· Perform electrical wiring, component mounting, labeling, and unit testing
· Inspect finished assemblies visually and identify non-conformances
· Complete Work Orders on time and maintain quality standards
· Read and interpret schematic diagrams accurately
· Support other technical tasks assigned by the immediate superior
What We're Looking For
· Education: Senior High School Graduate or Vocational Course in Automotive/Electrical Engineering Technology with NC II (required) or equivalent experience
· Experience: Minimum of 1 year in technical or assembly work, preferably in machinery/equipment manufacturing
· Knowledgeable in electrical wirings and schematic diagram reading
· Strong analytical and technical skills
· Detail-oriented and quality-focused

· Receives Work Order, Final/Approved Drawing and Product Traveller form.
· Reviews Work Order and Approved Drawing.
· Prepares and withdraws materials from the warehouse.
· Receives requested materials from warehouse.
· Starts the Structural Assembly based on the approved drawing.
· Starts the mounting of components based on the approved drawing.
· Conducts visual inspection of on-going products.
