Position Summary
Will lead a team of electrical and mechanical design engineers engaged in design of Switching Power Supply

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the team meets over-all design goals.
• Research, develop and execute design plans.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high quality and cost effectiveness of design products.
• Lead electrical and mechanical engineers while coordinating with key contributors within the company and local engineering university.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering.
• At least 10 years' experience in power supply industry.
• Experience in leading a group of design engineers.
• Solid technical background in power supply design and an understanding of component characteristics as miniaturization will be a key part of the development.

We are looking for a highly qualified Electrical Engineer with 3-5 years of professional experience in project execution and electrical design. Job Description:

• Oversee and manage the execution of electrical engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
