Job Description

ESTIMATOR

Report to Engineering Manager for any works assignment pertaining to Electrical Engineering Estimates, Cadd Operation, and other Engineering related works.

Conduct site survey on the possible line route layout of busduct in consideration with any obstruction, hindrances and utilities that may greatly affect bid estimates.

Estimate man, hours, and equipment to be used at the site in consonant with the schedule and planning that you provided for specific project.

Attend pre-bid meeting for any clarification necessary for the correct estimate of project, and other  aspect that might be favorable to NEMA.

Inspect ongoing project to determine any discrepancies implemented at site that is not in conformity with the estimate and make a record of the same as data accumulation for future references.

Provide any Engineering estimates pertaining to change orders, claims for extra works and other works not included in the contract.

Maintain the trust and confident of the management and be loyal at all times, be proud to be NEMA's employee.

Can be assigned to any other related jobs from time to time.

SALES ENGINEER

  1. Promote and sell various products and services dupplied by the company through the coverage and development of a particular market segment, the industrial accounts and other special accounts assigned by the Sales Supervisor.
  2. Meet the agreed group sales quota for the fiscal year through the attainment of personal quota as well as the sales quota of the industrial & commercial group sales engineers.
  3. Make sure all representations and selling activities of the industrial & commercial group are made in accordance with the company's policies.
  4. Prepare yearly marketing plan on how to attain the industrial & commercial group quota as well as the short and long-term objectives of the company.
  5. Submit to Sales Supervisor a monthly report which consist but as not limited to sales orders to date, pending quotations, potential projects including other matters such as additional recommendations on sales strategies, competitor's activity reports, etc.
  6. Monitor and assist as required in the proper implementation and collection of payments for the sales orders acquired by the industrial & commercial group.
  7. Attend to any queries and / or complaints made by the client regarding the company and the products and service being offered or already offered.
  8. Maintain the trust and confident of the management and be loyal at all times, be proud to be NEMA's employee.
