Installers Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing the installation site by cleaning, leveling, and ensuring surfaces are ready for installation.
- Measuring and cutting materials accurately to fit the designated spaces.
- Installing panels, floors, and ceiling components by securely interlocking or fastening them to the structure.
- Applying adhesives, edge trims, and sealants where necessary to ensure a clean and secure finish.
- Cleaning up the work area and removing excess materials or debris after installation.
- Inspecting installed products for stability, alignment, and overall quality.

Qualifications:
- High school graduate
- Proven experience with installation work, preferably in interior solutions such as flooring, walls, ceilings, doors, or similar materials.

The Role

What You'll Be Doing
- Use your electrical engineering skills to design and plan lighting systems (load schedules, circuit layouts, and controls) that bring each project to life

- Lead and support our site team to get things done on time and with quality
- Do regular site checks to make sure work follows plans and standards and help solve issues quickly with the team

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs design work for new construction, renovations and improvement of the shipyard.
- Interprets and adapts traditional methods and approaches in developing design calculations, layouts, drawings, and specifications that support project objectives and standards
- Responsible for selected construction inspections, quality control and submittal reviews beyond the expertise of construction managers
- Develops cost estimates and time schedules as well as the technical specifications; construction methodology/ construction method stamen as needed.
- Reviews and analyzes preliminary and final designs, plans and specifications for technical efficiency and adequacy
- Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications
- Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards
- Use computer-assisted engineering software (AutoCAD, coordination studies a load analysis) to perform engineering tasks as assigned
- Support the Contract management, and Planning divisions with scope, programing and scheduling definition

Qualifications to be successful in the role:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer
- 3-5 years of design and field experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other Microsoft Office Applications
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Has an innovative approach to utilize new technologies and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
