Key Responsibilities:

3. Investigate incidents and near misses, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve safety

performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Processing of Job Order related to electrical (Repair and Small Projects)

• Execute/perform the assigned Job Order based on the concern indicated
• Report and update the Supervisor on the status and requirements upon performing the job request form the start until the Job Order is done.
• Fill in the necessary details such as the actual finding, action taken and the date when the JO is already closed for record and history of machines.
• Submit daily updates of pending and on-going Job Orders to the Maintenance Supervisor.

2. Assist in performing Electrical Preventive Maintenance

• Conduct daily inspection of all machines and other equipment and prepare reports concerning safety of the machines and submit them to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Perform the scheduled preventive maintenance for all machine/equipment as assigned/instructed by the Maintenance Coordinators based on the Checklist & Job Order.
• Report to the Maintenance Supervisor any findings/concern upon performing the preventive maintenance. Prepare a job order request for the findings/concern, process and monitor until the findings/concern is closed.
• Assist in educating the Machine Operator on the safety operation and preventive measure to minimize the trouble regarding electrical concerns.

3. Others
