We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Health (OH) Nurse to join our team at the Head Office. The OH Nurse will play a pivotal role in supporting our construction projects nationwide by providing technical guidance, developing and implementing health policies, and ensuring compliance with Philippine occupational health and safety regulations. The successful candidate will promote a culture of health and well-being across all project sites and serve as the central point of contact for the ESH Department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and expert advice on occupational health matters across all project sites. < r>• evelop, review, and implement health policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with Philippine laws and regulations. < r>• C nduct regular site inspections and health and safety audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions. < r>• M nitor and ensure proper implementation of health protocols among project personnel. < r>• C ordinate and facilitate health training and awareness programs for staff and workers. < r>• M intain accurate records of safety incidents & illnesses, inspections, and training activities. < r>• S rve as the primary liaison between the Head Office and project sites regarding health concerns. < r>• S ay updated on changes to Philippine OSH laws and standards, ensuring organizational compliance. < r>• S pport incident investigations and prepare reports to prevent future occurrences. < r>• P ovide mentorship and guidance to junior health personnel and site safety officers. < r>
Qualifications and Credentials:

• B sic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) for Nurses training conducted by OHNAP, UP CPH, and other DOLE accredited STO. < r>• F rst Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, (optional) < r>Knowledge
• I -depth understanding of Philippine OSH laws and regulations (RA 11058 and its IRR, DOLE Department Order No. 252-25). < r>• E perience in OSH management systems, risk assessment, and incident investigation. < r>• K owledge of health standards related to construction activities. < r>
