Job Description

1. Implements and ensures that the regulatory safety requirements of DOLE-BWC Department Order No.13 are satisfactory and consistently met at site, this to include but not limited to:
a. Formation of Health and Safety Committee at project site.

b. Implementation of site-specific Construction Safety and Health Program of the Organization.

c. Provision of treatment room or clinic and medical personnel, if applicable.

d. Provision of information, directional and safety signage, personal protective equipment, safety and health training, induction/orientation, etc. toolbox meeting, safety committee, safety and health reports, safety

2. Conducts investigation of injury to personnel, loss or damage to property including near misses to determine causes and recommends corrective measures to prevent recurrence. 3. Stops any operation or action that is judged an imminent hazard until the hazardous conditions or procedures are controlled or eliminated.

4. Prepares and submits all safety reports required by the Project Manager and the Customer.

5. Makes inspection and spot check covering unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and observance of safety rules and regulations.

6. Ensures peace and order, security and cleanliness at project site.

7. Ensures that all construction debris, chemical containers and garbage at site are disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.

8. Coordinates with all site supervisors to include those of the trade contractors regarding safety and health requirements at site.

9. Acts as a liaison officer to government and private agencies on matters pertaining to construction safety and health at site.

10. Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

**Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
