About the Role:
As an intern Power BI Developer at Thales, you will assist in maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, as well as data management activities (data acquisition, modeling, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in data preparation and transformation tasks
- Maintaining and improving existing Power BI reports and dashboards
Qualifications:
Preferably students enrolled in BS Statistics, BS Math or business related courses.
Basic knowledge of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes
- Actual experience in building Power BI report/application and updated with its latest features, industry trends
- Proficiency in data visualization best practices
- Good knowledge in MS Excel and VBA
- Experience with other data visualization tools or programming languages is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing requirements (ad hoc)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot data-related issues
