The Role
We're seeking a
Video Editor
to create high-quality, engaging video content for Nysonian's portfolio of global brands. You'll be responsible for turning raw footage into
scroll-stopping content
that drives brand storytelling and marketing performance across platforms.
What You'll Do
- Edit and produce video content for social media, paid ads, websites, and campaigns
- Craft strong narratives with effective hooks, pacing, and storytelling
- Work with UGC, influencer content, and brand shoots to produce polished deliverables
- Add motion graphics, captions, music, and sound design to elevate videos
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form formats (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to align content with brand goals
- Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and quality standards
- Stay current with video trends, editing styles, and platform best practices
- Manage multiple projects with fast turnarounds while maintaining quality
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Communication, or related field (preferred)
- 2–4 years of video editing experience in a fast-paced environment (agency, D2C, or eCommerce is a plus)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta content formats
- Ability to edit for storytelling and performance marketing (CTR, engagement, ROAS)
- Experience with motion graphics, basic animation, and sound editing
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative, high-performing content
