Key Responsibilities

Ensures that occupational health and safety programs are in place to assess, reduce and communicate workplace risks, hazards and unsafe practices and to safeguard team members. Required skills + qualities (technical):

• Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably Engineering or any technical course

• 2-3 years practicing safety preferably in a call center or BPO set up
• Preferably with advance knowledge and experience on Occupational Safety and Health and other regulatory standards. Attended OSHA or DOLE safety orientation and other training related to risk and safety.

Knowledge on BCP and Pollution Control regulation will be an advantage; Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel). Knowledge on construction, building standards, environmental controls and critical equipment is an advantage
