**TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Responsible and Accountable for the delivery of products to customer site in a timely, safe expeditious manner, upon instructions by the logistics supervisor of his designated.

- Physically load products brought by Warehouse to the loading area into the delivery truck/van in an orderly and careful manner to facilitate subsequent unloading.
- Signs off the tally sheet prepared by the logistics admin to acknowledge receipts of goods loaded into the delivery truck/van.
- Checks to ensure that he/she has received all necessary documents (Sales Invoice, Gate Pass, etc.)
- Surrenders the gate pass to the guard upon exit of the plant.
- Ensures the safety and security of all cargo and passengers in the truck/van; follows al laws and regulations, both local and national, covering road transportation.
- Delivers the products carried in the truck to the customers site in a complete, safe and expeditious manner.
- Unloads the product at a customer site in safe, careful, orderly and accurate manner, ensures that the product unloaded correspond to products/items listed in the relevant Sales Invoice (SI).
- Coordinates closely with the receiving personnel at the customer site on the counting, checking and custody transfer of the cargo; Ensures that receiving personnel signs off, received by on the SI with name, signature and date.
- Assumes responsibility and accountability over unexplained shortfalls in quantity of products delivered to the customer.
- Collects payment if delivery is on COD terms and ensures that delivery is made only if payment is given; promptly turns over any collections received to the Logistics Admin for transmittal to Accounting.
- In case of backloads, informs the Logistics Admin immediately upon return to the plant and ensures that all SI copies are retrieved and brought to the plant and returned to the Logistics Admin; unloads the backload cargo promptly at the Warehouse area.
- Guides, instruct and oversees the activities of the Delivery helper for Manpower Agency evaluation purposes.
- Complies with any QPI developed for Logistics Operations.
- Responsible and accountable for any assets/ equipment/property/ tools assigned to him/her through the Property Transfer Slip (PTS) Process.
- Provides timely, accurate and complete operational reports as required by his/her position.
- Brings to the attention of the Logistics Admin or his/her designate any incident issue or problems (e.g. truck breakdown, accident, loss of, or damage to cargo or damage to third party properties, etc.)
- Strictly complies with all company policies and regulations, employee code of conduct, safety security/ quality programs or initiative, etc.
- Participates actively in working committees that he/she may be assigned to, or required to attend.
- Performs other duties as assigned or as needed.
