Job Responsibility

• He coordinates with truck drivers and accompanied them on routes
• He ensures optimal quality, safety measure and proper handling procedure of products before loading /unloading and handover of the products.
• He consistently looked for ways to meet and succeed in customer satisfaction.
• He maintained neat and clean loading area for products
• He compiles accurate delivery records and reports
• He reports delivery related to the manager such as returns/pullouts, concerns and incases of delayed of time

Job Qualification

• At least high school graduate
• Proven experience working in warehouse and/or logistics
• Proven customer service experience is preferred
• The ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Clean cut and well-dressed appearance
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Physically and mentally fit
• Have the endurance to work long hours, work well as part of the team
