**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Responsible for maintaining, organizing, and updating documents of the organization. Ensures all documentation procedures meet Control of Documents and Records process.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Controlling company and project documentation
- Following and improving document control procedures
- Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
- Sorting, storing, and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals
- Producing document progress reports for the QMS Head
- Conducting regular reviews and document audits
- Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion
- Collect and maintain files of the latest revision level documentation necessary to define product configuration and control manufacturing processes.
- Manage requests for documentation and performs timely distribution of latest revision level documentation to all appropriate users and ensure that obsolete documentation is removed from distribution.
- Support in Quality Management System - Auditing and Follow up of actions. Recommends process / document system improvement
- Maintain a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents.
- Perform clerical typing duties to generate documents as necessary.
- Function as Internal Quality Auditor for the Quality Management System of the company.
- Perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time by the QMS Head.
