Conduct weekly huddles with bakeshop supervisors tp align with sales targets and other initiatives.
Regularly go on field work - physically visit all stores in accordance with the approved workplan.
Handle and address any customer complaints with utmost care.
Monitor Sales product movements, pull-outs and adjust production schedule and commissary orders accordingly.
Manage all team members and enforce necessary sanctions and penalties for non-complaint bakeshops based on Julie's Standards.
