Summary:
This position is responsible for providing strategic and value-added HR services and solutions through the implementation of various HR systems and processes covering organization development, talent assessment and development, recruitment and selection, succession planning, performance management, CBA negotiations, rewards and recognition, values enhancement and employee engagement, and other HR initiatives in the different regions.
Responsibilities:
- Integrates the business strategy with people management practices, advising and supporting managers on strategic people leadership agenda and issues.
- Monitors, controls, and reports regular employee movement and headcount according to policies and guidelines
- Monitors, controls, and reports casual headcount movement according to approved policies and contracts.
- Supports in the organization design and staffing review and implementation.
- Works with the Area team in implementing the change management process for a successful implementation of OD initiatives.
- Monitors the impact of the change and recommends solutions to issues and concerns raised.
- Assesses team development needs and recommends and implements relevant solutions.
- Communicates and cascades HR systems and processes to capacitates line manages in its application.
Manages and monitors the HRBPs in the different areas/regions on the following:
Talent Acquisition. Handles hiring of personnel in the assigned area.
- Employee movements. Assesses and recommends placement of qualified employees to the vacant approved position.
- Performance Management. Support line managers in the cascade of annual goals and targets. Conducts mid-year performance reviews, and closing of the yearly performance process.
- Learning and Development. Conducts learning and development needs of employees.
- Total Rewards. Communicates compensation and benefits programs, policies, and guidelines in coordination with Compensation and Benefits Team to ensure accurate and consistent application and understanding by line managers
- Employee Engagement and Culture Building. Implements programs and initiatives.
- Other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- College Graduate: Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Industrial or related courses.
- At least 15 years of work experience in the field of HR services, organizational development, strategic HR systems, labor management, CBA negotiation, with 7 years in a leadership capacity
- Knowledge in labor laws and in-depth exposure in managing employee issues.
- Expertise in managing multiple projects with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
- Preferably with experience in FMCG Industries.
