- Stakeholder Engagement :

- Financial Management:

- Compliance and Risk Management:
· Ensure all financial, HR, and administrative services comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
· Lead the development and implementation of compliance programs, policies, and procedures across all functional areas, minimizing organizational risk.
· Monitor and assess risks, taking proactive measures to address potential issues before they affect the organization's operations.
· Ensure that CEM's facilities, assets, and general services are managed in accordance with regulatory standards, enhancing operational safety and compliance.
