● Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities for additional ad tech solutions.

● Continuously refine lead qualification processes to improve conversion rates and shorten the sales cycle.

● Meet pipeline KPIs, including the number of new opportunities generated per month and pipeline velocity.

4. Client Presentation & Post-Campaign Analysis

● Collaborate with the campaign and client strategy teams to create compelling pitches, case studies, and best practices.

5. Collaboration & Internal Alignment

● Provide feedback to product teams based on agency needs and market demand.

● Partner with marketing teams to develop sales collateral, case studies, and go-to-market strategies.

● Support marketing initiatives with client testimonials and success metrics.

6. Performance Tracking & Reporting

● Monitor campaign success metrics and provide detailed post-campaign analysis to agencies.

● Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, including revenue targets, conversion rates, and client retention.

● Present regular performance reports to leadership and suggest improvements for future sales strategies.

● Track win/loss ratios and analyze performance trends for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

● 3–7 years of experience in ad tech, digital advertising, or media sales, with a strong network within media agencies.

● Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, digital media buying, and data-driven marketing.

● Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
