KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up, launch, and monitor paid media campaigns across various digital platforms, including Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.

The Digital Media Buyer is responsible for working with the media team planners to execute digital paid media buys. This includes but is not limited to: having a working understanding of how media plans are put together, understanding client goals, negotiating and placing digital media buys, having insights into how the media is performing, making optimizations and recommendations, facilitating reporting and working with accounting on billing and reconciling invoices. - Meet with the media planners to understand the objectives, goals, target audiences and plans for assigned clients.

Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate is data-driven, strategic, and experienced in managing e-commerce ad campaigns that drive sales.
- Develop and implement paid media strategies to maximize ROI across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Meta.
- Optimize ad placements, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve performance and efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and messaging to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling ad content.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices for e-commerce advertising.
- Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency while meeting revenue goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in media buying and running performance-driven ads on TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Meta.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in advertising dashboards and analytics tools.
- Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
- Experience in e-commerce, affiliate marketing, or online retail advertising is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
